Godt hotel - lidt slidt men gode værelser. God beliggenhed tæt på Old Trafford, hvis man skal på fodboldtur. Flot morgenbuffet, som er pengene værd.

Hotel lobby was lovely, bar was nice, friendly staff. Room was very dated, slightly shabby but spacious, bed was very comfortable, shower was good but again very dated, we personally think both bathroom & bedroom needs air con. Overall we would stay here again as everything we needed was in close proximity within walkinging distance, metro service & motorways.

The hotel needs updating, no air conditioning in the room and the furniture was worn and looked tired. The shower next door was very loud made high pitch noise thought it was the fire alarm at first. I wouldn’t say it is a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t even say it was 3 star!

Stayed for the night for proximity to Old Trafford. Very easy 15 min walk to/from stadium. Rooms got everything you need. Good breakfast. Plenty car parking which is free.

Dinning area was small. Hot water ran out in the hot water dispenser. A lady had to come out with a bucket of hot water and pour it in. I was abit taken aback by that.

Tired bedrooms; tepid showers.
The hotel is in a good location in Salford Quays overlooking the water and close to a Metrolink station but the bedrooms, particularly the bathrooms, are tired. In both my room and my brother’s room, the thermostatic temperature controls were not working properly on the showers so only tepid water was available.

This was an interesting area of Manchester over all and we enjoyed being able to comfortably walk to other areas of the Quay's. However, the hotel itself was a little shabby,certainly in need of an update in the rooms. The bar area was small and expensive with the constant annoying supermarket noise playing in the background. The parking was an added expense but convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad experience! Not staying here again
One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a frequent traveler, the website shows the new rooms however I was given a very old out dated room where the wash basin didn’t have a mixer, had two separate hot and cold taps and I’d either burn my hands or freeze my hands after using the taps. The bedrooms very very outdated, breakfast was very average for the price I paid. After I requested a room change the management did not followup and eventually I had to book another room in a different hotel with no refund. No shampoo or body wash provided.. Over all a bad experience not staying here again.

Awful Stay
Stayed here in the past and had a good experience, but this was different. The receptionist on check in was downright rude and unpleasant, making us feel very unwelcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom was dated. The shower only had one temperature- scolding hot- and the dial to change it was broken. Service in the bar was nice, but the food was terrible.

OK but could use an update
Hotel was ok - a bit dated and could do with updating. Mattress not terribly comfortable and shower was a bit old-fashioned. We waited in the bar for someone to serve us, but despite ringing the bell noone turned up so we gave up. On the positive side, location was great - very handy for Media City and tram into the city. No problems parking and easily accessible from the motorway.

The corridor and my room had a very distinct smell of damp. There was also a leak under the sink in the bathroom which meant I had to leave towels on the floor. On checkout the receptionist didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay. I don't feel this hotel deserves it's 4 star status at all.

For a 4* hotel, my room did not match my expectations. Curtains did not close properly, missing some curtain rings. The desk chair desperately needed re stuffing or replacing. Could only find 2 sockets. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, with others coming off the wall. Cold sink tap that needed extreme pressure to turn off. I can’t imagine when this room was last refurbished , the carpets & furniture looked very tired. Bed was very comfortable & staff very friendly.

Great hotel
The Hotel is very conveniently situated for the local tram services. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed (pillows were a little thin though). A great choice of items was available at breakfast. Will defintely stay here again.

Brilliant
My husband and I have had the most wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful! The pictures don’t do it full credit. On the way to Manchester from Devon I was notified of a new job. As it’s in a college there was a lot of paperwork. As I didn’t have a printer, I went to reception & explained to Sam. He was so kind! He printed out the paperwork for me, stapled it together & when u went to thank him, I explained I was nervous about the job, he gave me the most supportive advice. The staff were all fantastic but I have to say in the time we spent, Sam was an absolute credit to the hotel! We used all the services & all the staff were great but Sam has a little place in my heart now. We will absolutely return. We had a room overlooking the Salford quays, it was all absolutely fantastic. Best place we’ve stayed in years. Gorgeous place, ideal area. Staff are outstanding ( especially Sam) had the best time.
