Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. "We stayed at Trent’s property as part of my a golf trip for my 50th birthday. The place was perfect for my group of 7 golfers. The place was spacious, clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. While the bunkbeds were more conducive for children, we made the sofa in the sitting room work. "I will have to give this stay a mediocre review. We arrived on Wednesday night, I have to contact the manager for the code to enter. The house looks like the photos with heavy usage. Some examples: the sofa is broken, the gate to the pool is falling off it's hinges, the bedroom downstairs the outlet do not work, the bbq half the burners do not light, curtains falling off the walls..... ect.On Friday morning we have NO hot water !! A handyman came late afternoon and took 3 hours to fix the water...
