Please do note that there are a couple of other homes on this property. One of them (Chateau de Prugna) is a fantastic lakeside home that may be rented as well and sleeps up to 9 people.
When in town, the caretakers stay from time to time to work on landscaping, maintenance, and property oversight, but will always respect your space and privacy.
Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee (maximum of 1 pet). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The Hobbit House comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults with a cozy King bed. While there is an additional King bed above, it's positioned quite close to the ceiling and not recommended for use—hence the maximum occupancy of 2. That said, if you're traveling with a little one who might enjoy the adventure and can safely fit, you're more than welcome to make use of the space
