In Sainte-Solange, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 80 m² gite on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a lovely 46 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 46 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A utility room with washing machine and storage space

Please note: the gîte is located in a hamlet with two other properties that we manage (Gîte de Villecomte and Petit Gîte de Villecomte)... all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing 1,000 m² unfenced garden equipped with a barbecue and table, chairs and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.

The gite is ideally located in Sainte-Solange, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops are just 3 kilometres away.

Activities :
- Visit Bourges, some twenty kilometres away
- Visit the Sancerre region for its wines
- Visit Menetou Salon, some fifteen kilometres away, also for its wines and château
- Noirlac Abbey, a jewel of medieval architecture
- The Jacques Coeur route, with its fine architectural buildings
- To the north, 70 kilometres away, Gien and its museums, earthenware, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. A car is essential.
