  • Our apartment is larger than the average of the residence, it can really accommodate 4 people.
    It has an exceptional view of the sea and the coconut trees.
    it is located in a very famous holiday village, in Sainte Anne, on the tip of the Helleux.
    The bracelets given free of charge will allow you to access the 2 swimming pools, the deckchairs of the pools and the 2 magnificent beaches, one of which is located less than 30 m away, and to all the activities and entertainment offered by the Village (fitness, volleyball or ping-pong tournaments, introduction to archery, supervised hikes, evening shows...)

    This apartment is on the first floor of the ANGOLE building and has just been completely renovated this year (wall and ceiling paintings + air conditioning and bay window). It benefits from an exceptional geographical location on the seafront which will offer you a beautiful view of the sea and coconut trees.
    Larger than average, it can easily accommodate 4 people.
    It consists of a 28m² air-conditioned main room 6m² larger than most other apartments, a bathroom, and a 12m² veranda equipped with a kitchen twice as large as the other apartments.

    This kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, two hotplates, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, plus crockery for 4 people and various accessories.

    The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror with sink, a hairdryer and storage space.
    The toilet, which is in the bathroom, is separated by a saloon-style swinging door for the privacy of the people.

    A trundle bed and two single beds can accommodate 4 people.
    A reading area consisting of a chair and a floor lamp has been created.
    A desk is available for work addicts, with secure and free wifi, as well as a flat-screen TV.

    1 large closet with hangers and a wardrobe are at your disposal to store suitcases and your laundry.

    A laundromat, a mini market, 2 restaurants, a snack bar and a bar are at your disposal.

    Our local representative will contact you 48 hours before your arrival and will welcome you to help you take possession of this heavenly place.

    IMPORTANT
    A mandatory flat rate of €40 is to be paid directly on arrival to our concierge service for linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

Interressant

La seul chose irritante ont été nos voisins de pallier,particulièrement les trois derniers jours,musique forte,conversation a haute voix le 31 janvier ça la duré jusqu’à 8 hres du matin ,,nous avons pu constater Que l on était les seuls a avoir des voisins si désagréables,

Emplacement et location au top

Location idéalement située avec accès à deux grandes piscines et 2 plages privées au milieu d’espaces verts très bien entretenus. Le studio est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d’excellentes vacances et le plus..une vue magnifique sur la mer de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons certainement.
