For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The house is located on common grounds with the Le gîte de la Pointe and L'Annexe de la Pointe accommodations, all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
