"Had a wonderful vacation at this Air B& B. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Room service was every 4 x days. No TV but we had laptop so we were able to connect to Netflix.

"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers.

We were checked in late so we’re having difficulty looking for the sign. Thank goodness for google map. All and all it was a nice area for a place to rest if you’re travelling far more to the north. It will be another added list for us now we know where the area. Maybe we will try the Beach area next. 😊"

"The restaurant on site has fantastic food! The Staff are ALL very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The swimming pools are very big and very clean. This is a great place to stay.

"I would have given this a 10 but the only complain I have is they didn’t clean our room the first night we were there. I complained about it and was promised they will, that it must have been an oversight but the next day, yes they made the beds, but did not clean the bathroom. We had to request towels because they didn’t clean the bathroom. They just picked up the dirty towels. "

Bathroom was very cute with an atrium and live plants. Two negatives to the bathroom were no air conditioning ducts to keep it cool and no shower enclosure. This made it difficult to shower without getting the floor very wet. A shower enclosure and an A/C duct would solve this problem. Other than that the room was very very nice. "

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds.
The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"
