The first level features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, while the mezzanine above the living room includes a second double bed and three single beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

The property includes thoughtful amenities such as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a dedicated storage space for your skis or bikes. You’ll also find a range of family-friendly features, including a crib, Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, a high chair, and an outdoor playground with play structures.

Outside, the duplex offers a BBQ grill for al fresco dining

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
