The cottage is nestled in a natural area, just 110 meters from the nearest fishing ponds. At La Semondière, discover the chickens, ducks, and donkeys. Enjoy the swing suspended from the trees, or glide down the small zip line (homemade for children).
Designed for 8 people, the ground floor comprises the living areas, kitchen, and living room, as well as a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. This level was designed for people with reduced mobility: access to the terrace is via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In total, there are four 90x190cm beds (including one folding bed) and three 140x190cm beds. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth during the shoulder seasons and winter (wood included). A long, elevated terrace with garden furniture and a garage with a ping-pong table.

You will also enjoy a shared, covered, heated indoor swimming pool (6.5m x 3.25m, depth 1.20m to 1.50m), open from April 15th to October 15th (2027: opening on April 10th), weather permitting. The pool is adjacent to the owners' house, located approximately 80m from the gîte, and is also accessible to guests of the three guest rooms. Access times are determined by the site's occupancy.
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a main pond of 4100m² with a rowboat and three other ponds. The ponds are stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels, and catfish. Water is available year-round. The pond is shared with guests of the guest rooms and cabins.

The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded, with numerous hiking trails.

For group stays, the site can accommodate up to 23 people (including children). There are two treehouses: the "Nest in the Oak," over 7m high, for 2 people (H53G015752), and the "Tree House" (H53H010945) for up to 5 people (maximum 2 adults and 3 young children). There are also 3 guest rooms (H53H010941) that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Business stays: maximum 4 people - one mandatory cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights.

Weekend stay: arrival Friday 4 pm - departure Sunday 4 pm.

Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4 pm - departure 10 am. Cottage surrounded by trees, with no overlooking neighbors. Other accommodations on the 2-hectare property (3 guest rooms and 2 treehouses).

SUPPLEMENT: Electricity and heating consumption exceeding 8 kWh will be charged based on meter readings and payable to the owner at the end of your stay. One bedroom, the shower room, and the toilet on the ground floor are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Compliant with the 2010 Tourism and Disability Standard.
The terrace is wheelchair accessible. The garden is surfaced with earth and gravel.
