The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bright living area combines lounge and dining space. Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The property has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor accessible to wheelchairs. A private terrace offers peaceful garden views. There are two bedrooms: a family room (wheelchair accessible) with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and a double room with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, Le Chai provides an idyllic setting for a memorable family getaway.

Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s playground, pétanque court, and spacious terrace with barbecue and plancha at Les Gîtes du Logis in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, and a 5,500 m² garden. The courtyard is shared with other guests and the owners.

Parking is available 160 m from the property. On arrival, bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and starter groceries are provided. Options such as beds made on arrival, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra fee.
