Holiday home 'Gîte Côtes De Sioule' with private terrace, private garden and Wi-Fi

Holiday home of 130 m² with a 2,000 m² wooded plot, located in a hamlet overlooking the Sioule—ideal for a peaceful stay. Enjoy a fully furnished and equipped stone house on a fenced property. Wi-Fi is available. There is a restaurant in the village (check opening hours), and shops are 7 km away.



Ground floor: well-equipped small kitchen in the old bread oven (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette set, chopper), WC, living/dining room with wood stove, TV lounge, bathroom with shower, storage room with shelf, wardrobe, ironing board and iron, cellar with laundry (washing machine, dryer, drying rack).



Mezzanine: bedroom with 160x200 bed, armchair, shelf, workspace.

Upstairs: bedroom with 160x200 bed, dresser, shelves, wardrobe, mirror; bedroom with 3 beds 90x200 (2 can be joined as 180x200), shelves, clothes rack.



Outside: private garden, composter, terrace, table, chairs, parasol, 4 loungers, barbecue, clothesline, covered parking that can also serve as a terrace. Central heating depending on the season.



Beds are made on arrival, and towels and kitchen linen are provided. One roll of toilet paper per WC, some coffee/tea capsules, and basic products are supplied to start your stay comfortably.



At departure, please empty the bins, do the dishes or start the dishwasher, clean ovens, fridges, coffee makers, barbecue, and leave the house tidy. Final cleaning is included.



Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed. An additional fee applies for electric vehicle charging.
