Welcome to our magnificent, comfortable, single-story house, ideally located in a quiet area of Saint-Raphaël in the L'Esterel estate. Stunning view of the golf course and private saltwater pool.
Shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. Beach is 10 minutes away by car.

Nestled in a true green setting with a superb view of the golf course, this fully equipped property can accommodate up to 8 travelers and offers an idyllic setting for your vacation.

The large outdoor spaces, the terrace, and the superb private pool will be the major highlights of your stay for relaxing under the Côte d'Azur sun.

The house offers very beautiful areas, bright and friendly living spaces, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

The house consists of:
- one bedroom with a 160x200 (queen size) double bed, pool and golf view, with air conditioning
- one bedroom with a 160x200 (queen size) double bed, garden view, East-facing, without air conditioning but with a fan
- one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, pool and golf view, without air conditioning, with a fan
- an adjoining, air-conditioned, and independent studio with a private entrance, which has a high-end 160x200 convertible sofa bed, pool and golf view, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
- a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, large cooktop with integrated extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
- a vast, air-conditioned living and dining area bathed in light, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV, opening directly onto the pool and the garden with a golf view.

A magnificent exterior including a large private saltwater pool, a furnished terrace, and 8 new sun loungers with their small tables to fully enjoy the green view of the golf course. You will enjoy the shade of the umbrella pines and Mediterranean trees or the sun by the terrace.

Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided. However, pool towels are not provided.
Non-smoking accommodation and parties are prohibited.

Guest access
You can easily park your vehicles directly in the parking spaces in front of the house.
