The accommodation is charming and well equipped. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a television and a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Climatisation, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Wifi, Fan.
You will also have a terrace which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days; and to perfect your stay, the residence has a garden and a pleasant SWIMMING POOL!
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located in the city center! All the amenities as well as the beaches are close to the accommodation.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Magasin UTILE" and a "MONOPRIX", respectively at 2 minutes and 4 minutes walk.
You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Port of Saint-Raphael, the Veillat Beach, the Fréjus Beach and the famous Bonaparte Garden.

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
