Unfenced grounds. Gas barbecue. Baby equipment available on request and subject to availability: 1 travel cot.
Household linen, towels, sheets, electricity, and heating are included. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Unheated swimming pool shared with 3 other rentals (opposite the chalet). Dimensions: 5 m x 10 m. Depth: 1 m to 1.50 m. Open from June 1st to September 30th. Secured by a barrier and alarm. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, the Soutou cottages are located in the Périgord countryside, on the hills above a typical village with basic amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market).
