Spacious authentic family home on Île d’Oléron, divided into two houses accommodating from 2 to 12 guests: a main house for up to 8 people and an adjoining house for up to 4 people.

Pets are not allowed (except with specific authorization)

Check-in and Check-out

During July and August, arrival and departure times depend on the availability of our concierge service and must be confirmed at the time of booking. Outside this period, arrival and departure times can be arranged upon request.

Security Deposit

A security deposit cheque will be required and will not be cashed unless necessary.

For 12 guests: €1,500
For 8 guests: €1,200
For 2 to 4 guests: €800

Deposit cheques will be destroyed within 10 days after departure, subject to inventory and property inspection, minus any amounts required to cover damage to the accommodation or its furnishings.

The property is equipped with an outdoor camera directed solely at the parking area.

Cleaning

A cleaning deposit cheque may be requested for the entire property (the amount may vary depending on the area rented; please ask at the time of booking). The cheque will not be cashed if guests clean the property themselves. If cleaning is not carried out satisfactorily, the cheque will be cashed.

Cleaning fees:

2-night stay: €150 incl. VAT
3, 4, 5 nights or more: €100 incl. VAT

A €60 waste disposal deposit cheque will also be requested and returned upon departure provided all rubbish bins have been emptied. Across Île d’Oléron, large recycling containers are available for plastics, glass, and general waste.

Payment Information

We do not accept holiday vouchers ("Chèques Vacances").

Optional Services

Our concierge service can provide premium household linen from Elis (or equivalent), including:

Bed sheets
Pillowcases
Bath towels
Hand towels
Bath mats

The concierge service also offers the optional cleaning package described above.

Outside July and August, it is possible to rent:

The main house only (up to 8 guests)
The adjoining house only (up to 4 guests)

Guests are welcomed personally by our concierge service.

The advertised rate applies to rental of the entire property for up to 12 guests.

COVID-19 Information

In the event of a cancellation due to government-imposed lockdown restrictions, we will offer either:

A postponement of your stay,
A credit voucher valid for 18 months,
Or a full refund of all amounts paid.

For enhanced hygiene, disposable mattress and pillow protectors are installed after each departure, and all frequently touched surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.
