This house is arranged over two levels. The Ground Floor includes a vast living room-dining room, a kitchen and its back kitchen, an entrance hall, a vestibule, a master suite (a bedroom + a water room) and toilets.

The first floor consists of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a water room and two toilets.

Here, everyone has their own space and the outdoor areas, consisting of an enclosed garden, a terrace and a tennis court, form an appreciated complement to life.

The neighbourhood:

The house is located in Saint Philibert. Access to the Kernevest beach and its sailing club (400m) is on foot via a semi-private path. The town centre of Saint Philibert and its shops, as well as the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, are 5 minutes by car and 7 minutes by bicycle. Several oyster farmers are located nearby, where you can taste and buy oysters and seafood.

Numerous possibilities for walks on foot (coastal path) or by bicycle from the house.

On the entrance channel of the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, this house is ideally located to enjoy the beaches of Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer and Carnac, discover the region via the coastal path, enjoy the port activities, visit the megalithic sites of Carnac and Locmariaquer, explore Quiberon or practice water sports.

Other activities: sailing school, water sports, boat rentals, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails)... For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.
