• Respect for the property and neighborhood is essential.

• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.

• Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. to preserve the tranquility of the area.

• Pets allowed (applicable fee).

• Please leave the chalet clean upon departure, as you found it.
