The HILO Villa La Réunion Nomade is a fully renovated villa ideally located in a vibrant, commercial neighborhood, just a few meters from the sea and its beautiful sandy beaches. It features three lovely bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The spacious living area on the ground floor includes an open kitchen and a massive terrace overlooking a private garden. Residents of the Nauticlub have access to a communal pool as well.



The Space:

Welcome to your oasis in Réunion! This villa is a true gem, featuring spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment.



On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a beautiful TV The Frame. This open-plan living area connects to a shaded terrace, perfect for delightful outdoor meals overlooking a tropical garden—ideal for unwinding. A first air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite Italian shower opens onto the garden for gentle awakenings. You'll also find a laundry room with a washing machine and separate WC on this level.



Upstairs, there’s a second air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom for optimal comfort, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a large double bed, accompanied by a private bathroom. This floor also features a tranquil workspace perfect for working or relaxing, complete with a desk and a comfy chair.



The converted attic includes two single beds with wall fans for peaceful nights.



Within the Nauticlub Residence, you'll have access to the communal pool, surrounded by a fence for added safety, as well as dedicated parking spaces.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in the Nauticlub Residence:

- the pool is shared with other residents;

- the residence is not fenced off – the villa is separated by a hedge.



A lively neighborhood (shops, restaurants, activities, ...) just a few meters from the lagoon.



Getting Around:

Head towards Hermitage-Les-Bains. At the Hermitage roundabout, take the Avenue de la Mer (towards the beach). At the end of this avenue, turn right onto Avenue de Bourbon. The entrance to the "Nauticlub" residence will be on your left, just after the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

Travel light and carefree: all household linens are included and ready for your arrival (bed, bath, and kitchen linens). Eco-certified welcome products are provided (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), along with essentials for the kitchen and laundry (sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products).



End-of-stay cleaning is, of course, included.
