Farmhouse and Cottage with heated pool, Sleeps 9

The property is located in Central Brittany, only 20mns from Lake Guerledan that offers swimming and other aquatic activities, close to hiking trails, only 4mns from the village and supermarket, 35mns from the Bay of Saint Brieuc.

The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for groups up to 9. They are set away from the other two rentals down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade.

The house offers comfortable accommodation while retaining its old world character.

The heated shared swimming pool is open from May to September (weather permitting). The playground and games (ping-pong table, bocci court, badminton set, archery set, etc...) are shared with other rentals on the property.

In the farmhouse, you will have access to:
- a full kitchen (gas stove; electric oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, drying machine, etc...)
- a spacious dining room
- a lounge area with a wood burner, turntable (should you like to play a few vinyls), a TV/DVD player with access to a wide variety of DVDs, board games
- spacious bedrooms upstairs
- bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (200*200) with en-suite bathroom with shower)
- bedroom 2: bunk beds (90*190)
- bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140*190)
- bbq (coal)

In the cottage, you will have access to:
- a functional kitchen (gas stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, kitchenware)
- family room with dining table and sofa
- TV/DVD with access to DVDs and board games
- bathroom with shower
- bedroom is located upstairs with a 1 double bed (160*200) and 1 single bed (90*190)
- possibility to extend single bed to a double bed upon request.
