Gîte Les Lilas - Les Carassonnes with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Saint-Nexans, Gîte Les Lilas - Les Carassonnes welcomes you to a peaceful 90 m² holiday home for up to 5 guests. You’ll find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious shower. The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, while the upstairs room with exposed beams offers a double bed and a single bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and a classic filter coffee maker. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and step-free access.



Outside, relax in the shared garden with views of the forest, fields, and orchard, or on your private uncovered terrace. The heated shared pool (48 m²), open from May to late September depending on the weather, features an integrated beach and waterfalls. A shallow 30 cm pool connects to the main pool, perfect for supervised children. Table tennis, barbecue, outdoor shower, children’s games, and books are also available.



Two shared parking spaces are on site. Pets and events are not allowed. A baby kit (high chair, changing table, cot with sheets) and breakfast are available for an extra fee.



Bed linen, towels, welcome products, and cleaning are included. Beds are made on arrival. The gîte is surrounded by nature with direct access to cycling paths and hiking trails, restaurants, picturesque villages, wine tastings, cultural sites, and children’s activities.
