This recent house of 105 m², on an enclosed and secure plot of 340 m², has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child.



Outside, you will have a tree-lined garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs, sun loungers and electric barbecue: everything you need to enjoy an outdoor meal during the long summer days.



The house comprises a comfortable living space including a lounge area with TV, an office space (practical if you need to work from home), a dining area as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and cafetière, toaster, kettle and multi-function food processor.



A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.



On the sleeping side, the house has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): an electric Queen Size bed (2 x 80 cm inseparable)

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): a double bed (140 x 190)

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): a double bed (140 x 190) + 1 bunk bed (2 x 80 x 190) (first floor ideal for a child)



A separate bathroom with toilet, shower and bath is also located upstairs.



You will be able to park 2 cars for free in front of the house and secure your bicycles in the house garage.



For maximum comfort, you will also have at your disposal: a laundry room with a washing machine, a travel cot and a high chair.
