Private 15 m² teak terrace and a shared 600 m² unfenced garden, with one parking space per cottage.

On the ground floor (a small step to access the shower room and bedrooms): living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, two small bedrooms (1: one double bed 140x190 cm, 2: two single bunk beds 90x190 cm), shower room, and separate WC.
Washing machine and barbecue shared by the three cottages.
Included equipment: cot/high chair and baby bath upon request.

Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels/household linen, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (€85 for tourists). Cleaning and linen package required for business clients (€120/stay).
Pets: €100 deposit.
