"I love the Talbott Inn, especially the rooms in the Old Talbott Tavern building. It is an historic property with all the charm of a building that dates back centuries. The rooms are a bit dated but, in my opinion, it just adds to the charm. The breakfast that comes with the room is not your run of the mill continental spread that many hotels provide these days, but a cooked to order traditional breakfast. Delicious!! Will be back."

"The room was great and it was cheap, it was one of the only hotels that a 19 year old could book, the room was clean and the staff were very nice, the pool was warm and it felt like a $100+ a night hotel but it was $85 a night in downtown Bardstown, I would definitely go again and I recommend anyone staying in Bardstown to stay at this hotel, it’s right in downtown close to many restaurants."

"The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. The biggest breakfast selection I've personally ever seen staying at a hotel. The only downside of our stay was that the pool was too cold for us to swim in.
