"Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. "This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. "The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel.
