"Everything was amazing upon arrival at Oyster Bay Resort. I was given complimentary wine and received a room upgrade which was amazing since this was a celebratory trip ( graduation/ anniversary) so it was well deserved. The staff was so friendly and respectful and informative the room was clean the icing on the cake was the breathtaking views of the ocean from my room. The pool and jacuzzI were also a sight and clean both water temperatures were up to par. The food although wasn’t all inclusive...

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa Orient Bay! It was myself, my husband, and our 2-year-old son. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, and the pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing, especially with a toddler. Unfortunately, during our visit, Orient Bay was quite windy and wavy, with a fair amount of sargassum, so we really appreciated having access to such a great pool. "Loved the location of the resort and watching the airplanes land and take off. The rooms were outdated but had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and access to the beach! The umbrellas and chairs on the beach got taken pretty early but I liked that the hotel had a sand/beach area where you wouldn’t be bothered by vendors. "

"It is frustrating when hotels start giving you an inferior room than you have booked. We had booked a room with a seaview, but this was not the one this hotel tried pass on to us. This is unfortunately a classic event when we book through Hotels.com. Also the aircons in our rooms were extremely loud, and could not be turned off."
