"This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home. "The pictures were a perfect representation of the property. The owners were very responsive and offered additional help like grocery delivery and car rental. We will definitely come back and stay again! It was an added bonus to have maid service throughout our stay."

The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. "The hotel had more character of an apartment building than a hotel. The apartment in which I stayed was spacious and in a good shape. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a big balcony. The owners/staff were helpful and discrete at the same time. I got a special off season offer and for that price I have nothing to complain about. The neighborhood was quiet but in some distance away from beaches and supermarkets. All in all I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place."
