Located in Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte, Savoie, Les Hauts de Saint Martin is a spacious 200 m² holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. You will have 6 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee maker for 10 people. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and a ski storage room for winter activities, as well as a secure garage for bikes or motorbikes during the rest of the year.



Enjoy the private garden with mountain views, a covered veranda, and an open terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals, with several dining areas for 12 guests both indoors and outdoors.



Two separate living rooms allow for different rhythms among your group. The kitchen also features a dining area for 6 people.



The property has 3 parking spaces and additional free parking in a public lot less than 100 meters away. Please note the property is on a slope, with parking at street level and the house entrance below. Events are not permitted; the accommodation is strictly for 12 guests staying on site.



Set in a typical Savoyard village, the house offers a 180° south-facing view from the top of the village. Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (train station, highway exit, shops, twice-weekly market) is 10 minutes away. The Orelle gondola to the 3 Vallées is also 10 minutes away. Several other ski resorts are within 20 minutes. Many hiking trails start from the house and nearby. Numerous cycling routes with famous climbs (Galibier, etc.).



Cleaning service is included at no extra charge; bed linen, towels, and baby cots are available for an extra fee.
