The accommodation, adjoining the owners, offers 110m2 of comfortable spaces, perfectly suited to stays with family or friends.

The house is organized around a large living room of 55m², bright, friendly and fully air-conditioned, ideal for sharing beautiful moments in all seasons.

The modern kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances, you will find:
- American refrigerator,
- oven and microwave oven,
- dishwasher,
- hob with integrated hood,
- kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker.

🌜 Comfortable and intimate sleeping areas:
The farmhouse has three air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with their private bathrooms, guaranteeing comfort and privacy to everyone.

On the first floor:
- A separate toilet.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x200 beds (twin according to your needs), and private bathroom.

Upstairs:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200), and a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.
- A third air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed, private terrace, toilet and bathroom with shower and double sink.

Each room is equipped with a television, storage, cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer.

- Free parking on the property.

👉Optional pool towels: €6 /towel, to be booked preferably before your arrival.

A secure room is also available for bicycles or leisure equipment. It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, practical for extended stays.
