The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. "Been coming here every January for the last 3 years. Will probably be back next year too. The lady in the reception was very courteous. Only complaint is the quality of the breakfast which has deteriorated over time. Particularly the eggs seemed to be of the ultra processed variety this year. Definitely wouldn’t buy it if it wasn’t included in the room rate. "
