"L’emplacement etait très proche de la ville avec possibilité de stationner la voiture dans un garage. Faire tout à pied est un gros plus"

"A fantastic accommodation in the centre of Matera. Clean, fresh, charming and affordable. We had our own balcony with a lovely view. Our host Mimmo was very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended!"

"I loved it all, cannot wait to go back and stay a bit longer"

"Dejlig morgenmad! Man går ikke sulten herfra. Værten er ualmindelig hjælpsom, og man føler sig virkelig velkommen her. Der er et parkeringshus meget tæt på - 50 m Alt er godt her - og udsigten er fuldstændig vild! Vores værelse havde kun et lille vindue i loftshøjde, så man skal være klar til at bo i “en grotte”. Men det var også helt fint og dejlig svalt"

"We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. "

"Fantastic experience from the get go. Communication, hospitality & excellent concierge. All delivered in a friendly & knowledgeable way by Simona. The accommodation was stunning & flawless & presented in such a way that complemented the beautiful city of Matera perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"the room was clean. Breakfast was coffee tea and espresso. Biscuits and fruit and cereal. The place was hard to find with GPS. From main road turn right at Egpt gas station go 200 yards up and on your left.Owner very helpful with restaurants and about the Sasses. The Sasses are about 500 yards down the street on your right."

Staff were service minded and breakfast was great. Overall a great experience to stay in a room inside a cave. Btw the parking service and combined shuttle was a good setup. We can highly recommend Thymus Residence."

"Great location, yet quiet. Rooms were a good size."
