T4 Duplex Appartement Village welcomes you to Saint-Lary-Soulan, a charming destination in the Pyrenees. This 60 m² duplex comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll also have a TV, self check-in, and a baby bed. Families with children will appreciate the shared toys and books. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Two shared parking spaces are available on site, and street parking is also possible. Please note that events are not permitted at the property.



Bed linen is not provided, so please bring your own sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats. Duvets and pillows are available. There is no cleaning fee, so guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy.



Before departure, guests must inform the owner of any damage to the property, appliances, or other items. For damaged equipment or other issues, a sum may be withheld from the deposit based on repair costs. The deposit also covers cleanliness.



CLEANING: Guests are required to thoroughly clean each room, including bedrooms, living area, stairs, toilets, and bathrooms:

- Vacuum and mop the floors

- Dust the furniture

- Clean the bathrooms, appliances, fridge, and trash bin.
