Come recharge your batteries in this new, spacious, and comfortable house with its shaded terrace and air conditioning. Set in the middle of an 800 m² orchard, it has secure access to the swimming pool.

At the foot of the village, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, between the Valbonne forest and the Ardèche Gorges, and close to picturesque villages, artisans, and numerous attractions, enjoy a stay at your own pace—sporty, cultural, or relaxing… under the trees near the pool, or all three at once!

You will enjoy a new air-conditioned house consisting of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge with a double sofa bed. The entire space opens onto a shaded terrace with a view of—and access to—the orchard. You will have 2 bedrooms with two joinable single beds and closets. A large bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible for wheelchair users (PMR), as is one of the bedrooms (50 m²).

The second part, also 50 m², includes a large room with 2 single beds (which can be joined to make two double beds). A second bathroom is also equipped with a shower and toilet. French windows provide a view of and direct access to the orchard.

The orchard is a pleasant space where you can enjoy meals in the shade of the trees, and where children have a great place to play!

The kitchen includes all the necessary equipment for cooking.
The entrance closets offer plenty of storage.
The windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric blinds, as is the patio door.

You will have exclusive use of the entire “Le Verger” accommodation; only the pool area is shared with the other guest house.
