An hour and a half from Lyon and two hours from Clermont-Ferrand, nestled in the heart of the countryside on the edge of the Meygal region, in a protected environment, lies the magnificent village of St. Julien Chapteuil.

At the foot of the Suc de Chapteuil, an enormous organ-pipe rock formation representing an ancient volcanic vent, you will spend your holidays in Monsieur Maleysson's gîte.

The Chapteuil gîte blends perfectly into the landscape. This volcanic stone house sits on a large, wooded, and flower-filled property, enclosed at the front for the safety of young children!

Inside, you will discover a rustic decor sprinkled with modern touches, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and the good life!

Outside, you can enjoy a sheltered spa, secluded from view.

Local activities: Hike up the Suc de Chapteuil to discover the remains of its medieval castle, explore the village market and the many events offered throughout the year, enjoy the excellent restaurants, and browse the small shops in the village...

The entrance is through an entrance hall leading to a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area opening onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, you will find a shower room and a toilet.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with direct access to the outside, a bathroom with a large bathtub, and a separate toilet.

Access to a sheltered hot tub is located in the back garden of the house.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
