For the safety and security of our guests, residents, and property, three security cameras monitor the front entrance door, of the building, driveway, and parking area.

These cameras are installed solely for building security and to help protect our guests, their vehicles, and the property.

No security cameras are installed inside the guest living areas or in any private spaces. We respect our guests’ privacy and are committed to providing a safe, secure, and comfortable stay.. Our entire property has wired in Alarm , for burglary and fire prevention purposes monitored by Wilson security .

House Rules
No smoking
No pets. No large loud parties and loud music .
Guests must be able to climb stairs (second-floor apartment)
Please note that we have provided an outdoor shoe tray in front foyer of the Apt please take off your outdoor shoes in front foyer . winter and rainy days we request our Guets to take the snow boots at the bottom of the stairs if it’s muddy or wet the shoe tray is placed at the bottom of the staircase.
Cleaning Policy

Cleaning is included for short stays up to two weeks.

For guests staying longer than two weeks, we request periodic cleaning by our staff to maintain the property standards. Cleaning service is available at $30 per hour, payable directly by the guest based on the time required.
