Our suite is located on the first floor of a 6-unit building. Entry is through the right door at the front of the building, where you`ll find the lockbox conveniently located beside the entrance. Once inside, the door opens to a hallway, and our suite is the first door on the right.

We value your privacy and want to ensure you feel completely at home during your stay. While we won’t be onsite, we’re just a message away if you need anything or have questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Furry guests are welcome! We charge a pet fee of $40 per stay, per booking—not per pet, as I’m a pet owner myself and understand the need for fairness. When booking, simply select `pets` in the reservation details, and the fee will be automatically included. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companions!

GUEST VERIFICATION TO STAY MAY BE REQUIRED
To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the premises
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
No parties are permitted in the apartment.
We welcome pets on our property. Fees apply.
Please treat the space and its contents with care. Guests are responsible for any damages.
