The property accommodates up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), nightstands and bedside lamps, a closet, and a coat rack
- A master suite with a double bed (140 x 200), nightstands and bedside lamps, closet, chair, and en suite bathroom (shower, sink, mirror, and storage)
- A washing machine at the bottom of the stairs
- Separate restroom

On the first floor:
- A living room with a coffee table, sofa, TV, lamp, and closet.
- A dining room with a table, 10 chairs, storage, and a sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils
- The master suite features a double bed (140 x 200), nightstands and bedside lamps, a chair, a closet, a private bathroom (shower, sinks, mirror, and storage), and access to the adjoining bedroom
- The connecting room to the master suite is a small bedroom with a sofa bed and a closet
- Separate restroom

Please note: We have a second 40m² unit adjacent to the apartment that can accommodate 4 people. Both units can be rented simultaneously.

The beach at Saint-Jean-de-Monts is a 1-minute walk away, ideal for enjoying the sea and water sports. The Pays de Monts National Forest is a 10-minute walk away for nature walkers and cyclists, while Noirmoutier and the Fromentine Ferry Terminal—the departure point for the Île d’Yeu—are 40 and 24 minutes away by car, respectively.

A restaurant and a bakery are a 5-minute walk away, a supermarket is 7 minutes away, and other shops are less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to take care of all your daily needs.
