On the first floor, there are three bedrooms:

- Bedroom 2 (20 m²): 3 single beds (90 cm), or 1 double bed (180 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm)
- 1 modern bathroom (walk-in shower) shared by the first two bedrooms
- 1 toilet
- Bedroom 3 (15 m²): 1 bed (160 cm) and a modern, private bathroom (shower). Garden and pool view. Pedestal fan available.

From the terrace, which overlooks a fenced plot of approximately 1.5 hectares with truffle plantations and a small pond where deer like to quench their thirst, you can enjoy a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Causses du Quercy, and witness a magnificent sunset every evening in good weather.
