Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 28 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath, electric towel rail and toilet

Outside:
- A heated swimming pool shared with the residential complex, situated opposite the accommodation
Open only during the high season from June to September.
- A 1.5 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days
