This was a great property and great location! The house was larger than the pictures showed. Would definitely rent again!!

We have stayed so many places on the island over the years and this was by far my most favorite place. The house is huge, kitchen is fully stocked with appliances making it easy to cook meals, huge docking area for bigger boats/multiple boats. We will 10000% book again!!!! The host was extremely helpful & responsive!!!

The house was very well kept and clean. The house was way bigger in person than the pictures looked. We had plenty of room for the boat trailer and vehicles

House was beautiful and spacious, and the corner lot provided a lot of waterfront. Our host was super helpful - she responded quickly to our requests and even provided information regarding activities on the island. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect is the best explanation for this "home". The owners are very much on top of everything, just a text away! The only challenge is finding all of the light switches as this home is huge, and very well appointed. The master suite is a cottage in its self. We are locals and this was just a getaway/fishing trip and everything was perfect for that as well. Everything as the owners list plus much more, just book it and go you will see. Thanks Laura and Pat for offering this home.

A SLICE OF HEAVEN!!!This property is awesome. We have already booked it for next year!!HOUSE—HUGE!! Master bedroom/suite with sofa and TV. Huge bathroom with his and her vanities on either side; wrap around walk in STONE shower big enough for 3 people easily. TWO walk in closets with full length mirror in each one. Professional kitchen with huge island/bar seating. Two spare bedrooms on the other side of the house (privacy from family/friends), have king beds with room to spare and walk in closets also. Three dining areas including one outside under the lanai along with comfortable seating area. Pool is a little smallish, but average for the island.TIKI HUT—Late afternoon the manatee come out to play and morning coffee under the hut is a perfect way to start the day!! No houses across the canal so rarely any boats. VERY PRIVATE!!OWNERS—Laura & Pat are great!! Super easy to contact & quick to respond. Gave us great suggestions for places to eat & things to do on the island. And a new mattress when we complained about it!! ALWAYS good to know the locals. Just downright, easy going people who want you to have the best experience.ISLAND—slow pace, “old Florida”, lots of bike/hike trails. Relax!!! You’re on Island Time!!DO NOT PASS THIS UP!!! Literally THE BEST property to rent on this relaxing island.
