Along with direct water access by way of a private dock, you'll also enjoy endless sun-soaked leisure in your private backyard oasis boasting a fully screened-in pool and a covered picnic area equipped with a gas grill. Off the pool deck, a furnished patio offers a shady spot for happy hour lounging complete with an outdoor ice machine and a mounted ceiling fan keeping the cool breezes circulating. Anglers will appreciate the added convenience of the filet station for dockside fish cleaning. An outdoor shower is also equipped on the patio for rinsing off before the pool or after the beach.

Updated sofas and a smart TV provide plenty of comfortable home entertainment in the living room.
Home kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher - there is NO oven in this home

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
