Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a cabin bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a balcony. We're waiting for you!

Communal areas :
- A heated swimming pool during the summer season. The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September (dates not contractual). It is located 2 minutes' walk from the flat.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
