Holiday Studio "Gai Soleil" with Mountain Views

Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the "Gai Soleil" studio offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With 20 m² of space, it features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include a TV and heating.



The studio has a private balcony and is set on a quiet, dead-end street, offering views of the valley and mountains. The property is ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from the center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.



Free covered TMB parking is available right next to the residence, as well as free covered parking in the town center. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the village laundry for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done before departure. The property should be left clean and in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. If not, additional charges will apply.



Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available, but a good 4G and 5G signal is accessible. A car is not essential, as a shuttle runs every 10 minutes near the property.
