"Petit chalet chez Gaston" with Mountain View, Free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

WELCOME to MONTAIMONT, land of the écaillers! Part of the new commune of St. François-Longchamp.



The rental is in La Pallud, the first of 15 south-facing hamlets in the village. You have free Wi-Fi and outlets with USB and USB-C. At the entrance, there’s a kitchen area with a hot air fan, induction hob, extractor hood, sink, cupboards and shelves. A sliding door separates the bathroom, which has a shower, toilet and towel warmer. In the living area, you’ll find a 184x140 cm sofa bed, shelves, fridge, table and four chairs, TV and microwave.



In the attic, there’s air conditioning, two 90x200 cm beds, several cupboards and drawers. The fully paneled chalet faces south and offers an exceptional panoramic view.



Bed linen, household linen and towels are available on request. Dishes are provided free of charge.



Electricity costs apply for an extra fee from the third night.



Outside, there’s a shared covered terrace and a communal charcoal barbecue. The south-facing aspect gives you a stunning panoramic view.



You have an outdoor parking space and a shared bike room in the garage, which can also hold up to two motorbikes, skis and equipment. One pet is allowed on request. Smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed.



The hosts live on site, but not in the rental. Stays are usually Saturday to Saturday, but other arrangements are possible. The hosts speak French, English, Italian and German.



Shops are 8 km away. Bread and wood-fired pizza are sold on Saturdays (order on Friday).
