Welcome to this peaceful Provençal house, ideal for holidays with family or friends, a stone's throw from the Luberon and the Alpilles. Nestled in the charming village of Saint-Didier, this 165 m² villa offers you a quiet living environment, without vis-à-vis, on a wooded and fully fenced plot of 1100 m². Only the cicadas will disturb the tranquility of your stay.

Fully air-conditioned, the house consists of four spacious bedrooms, including a master suite upstairs with private bathroom and toilet. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all comfortable and bright. Two bathrooms are available, each with bathtub, separate shower and two separate toilets for maximum comfort.

The living room offers a living room with cathedral ceiling and exposed beams, a large convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, including an American fridge, an additional freezer and everything you need to cook. A scullery with washing machine and dryer completes the equipment.

Outside, enjoy a large sun terrace around a Bali stone swimming pool (8x4 m), renovated in 2024 and easily accessible for children. Garden furniture in the shade of oak trees, a stone barbecue and several deckchairs invite you to relax and enjoy convivial meals in the open air. The wooded garden also allows you to enjoy a real moment of nature and tranquility.

Located only 28 km from Avignon TGV station, the villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the region. Mont Ventoux is 16 km away, Gordes is 20 km away, Venasque (classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France) is 6 km away, and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is 18 km away. Less than 30 minutes away, you can also discover the Spirou park, the Mormoiron lake or the famous local flea markets.

Travellers have independent access and all the privacy they need. Upon arrival, a personalised welcome will be reserved to explain how the house works and advise you on activities in the area. The guests' personal belongings will be stored in a closed room, only books will remain available to enhance your stay.
