For your vacation we offer you this pretty 3-room apartment of 73 m² located in a residence 50 meters from the beach.

Accommodation:
For your vacation we offer you this apartment located on the 1st floor of its building. It is composed of a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The apartment has a superb sunny and furnished terrace, as well as a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. On the terrace you can gather around a good meal with friends or family!

On the night side, we have a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with two single 90 beds.

Equipment:
In the kitchen, you will find basic household appliances such as a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher ...

Parking:
The residence is completely closed and secure, a private parking space is allocated to you to park your vehicle.

Environment:
The apartment is located 100 meters from the Lecques beach.
To get there, walk along the pink promenade to discover its sublime stretch of fine sand for almost 2 km. Private establishments welcome you from April to October and restaurants all year round. There are also many water activities (diving, sailing, jet ski rental, etc.)

Sheets and bath towels:
As an optional extra and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
