- A bathroom with shower and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, fan, ironing board and iron. (stored in the garage)
