A true haven of peace where you can recharge and enjoy an unspoiled environment. This authentic, traditional Ségala-style house welcomes you into a warm and friendly setting. Designed with everyone’s comfort in mind, it features bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all. A cozy dormitory also provides a dedicated space where the youngest guests can gather together. The cottage is ideal for getaways with friends, family reunions, group workshops, wellness retreats, nature getaways, or simply to treat yourself to a long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Outside, guests of all ages will find plenty to enjoy together, including a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and plenty of open space to enjoy the fresh air. A large 120 m² barn with its own bar is the perfect place to gather, host convivial meals, organize entertainment, or hold group activities, no matter the season. In the surrounding area, nature lovers can explore the rolling landscapes of the Ségala through numerous walks and hikes. Charming villages, local markets, regional producers, and the region’s remarkable sites invite you to discover an authentic and bountiful area. Whether you’re here to celebrate an occasion, share precious moments with family, or simply reconnect with nature, Les Teulières offers a peaceful and welcoming setting where you can create beautiful memories. The cottage is spread over three levels. Main entrance located on the first floor or at ground level at the back of the house (access from the parking lot). Living room (living/dining area) with a wood-burning stove. Fully equipped open kitchen. A TV room/bedroom with a sofa bed (80x190). Bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet (one with a 140x190 bed and a balcony, and the other two with a 160x200 bed). On the third and top floor, a dormitory with 6 beds (90x190) and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Terrace with patio furniture. Unfenced property with parking area, garden featuring outdoor games, and lounge chairs. Converted barn with ping-pong table, foosball table, and bar. Sack lunch or picnic available in Saint Cirgues (by reservation). Sheets, towels, and heating (electricity billed by meter reading and wood) are optional. End-of-stay cleaning service available for €100, to be paid on-site to the owners. Pets are allowed, but please be aware that the owners have two cats on the property.
