Welcome to Saint Cannat, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence, close to the Luberon and less than an hour from the beaches of Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins. An ideal location to enjoy Provence and its multiple resources. The village offers all the amenities and a privileged living environment. Located on the church square, the house offers a lovely view with its multiple terraces.

**Ground floor:**

* Closed garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles

**First floor:**

* Double bedroom with terrace
* Double bedroom with terrace
* Bathroom
* Independent WC
* Laundry room

**Second floor**

* Living room with fully equipped kitchen.
* Large terrace to enjoy the sun or eat outside under the awning

**Last stage**

* Air-conditioned double room with terrace
* Bathroom with shower and toilet

* Possibility of opening the fourth bedroom (air-conditioned) which can accommodate 3 children with 3 single beds. Supplement to be requested when requesting a reservation

* The house offers 3 floors with stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.


Linen and towels are optional depending on the number of people.


Arrival is autonomous with a key box. A Serenity Rentals manager remains available during your stay and will be present for your departure.
