Villa Claire Joie is in harmony with the seaside houses of Saint Brévin les Pins. In a quiet cul-de-sac and only 1km from the town centre, market and shops. Get out your flip-flops, swimsuits and towels: the sandy beach at Ralliement is 800m away.

This family home of 115m² has a double bedroom (140cm bed) on the ground floor, then on the upper floor 3 double bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds and 2 x 90cm beds) including one with a connecting door, and a children's bedroom with 3 beds (1 single bed and 1 bunk bed), for a total capacity of 11 people.



The independent kitchen is equipped with a cooker as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).

The lounge dining room has direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (fibre in place). A shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs complete the house. A hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot and an iron are also at your disposal.

Enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue on the large terrace shaded by trees, bicycles are also available to you.

You can park up to 4 cars on the grounds.

A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, will be requested at the time of your final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.
