"We had a lovely stay here for 10 days which felt very much like a home from home. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and felt safe and secure in a small village Baudre. We visited all the Normandy landing beaches, the American Cemetery, Overload and D-Day Experience museums, Pointe de Hoc, Maisy battery, Pegasus Bridge and Caretan which were all 35 to 60 mins drive. We didn't make it to Mont St Michel. There were no real facilities in the hamlet but St Lo was only 5...

Can’t say enough great things about the host— very attentive and excellent communication. Very helpful and was able to message her during our stay for restaurant recommendations and she informed us of a fun medieval festival going on that our kids loved. Would highly recommend. "
